What these terms are

These terms govern the use of the site despegapyme.com, operated by DespegaPYME (hereinafter “DespegaPYME”). By using the site you accept these conditions.

The content is informational, not advice

All content on this site — including the Knowledge section — is published for informational purposes and general judgment.

It does not constitute professional, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, nor does it replace an analysis of your particular situation. The decisions you make based on this content are yours and your company’s.

If you want a reading of your specific case, that is what the DespegaPYME Diagnostic is for; it is contracted separately and governed by its own terms.

About what we offer

We publish only what we can deliver today. When something is under construction, we say so.

• Workshops are DespegaPYME products. The approach, the method and the standard are ours; they are taught by an ecosystem specialist, who is credited on each workshop’s page. DespegaPYME invoices and answers for the experience.
• The price, date, venue and capacity of each workshop are those shown on its page at the time of registration. Payment is processed outside this site.
• Registering for a workshop is not an online purchase: it is a request for a place. The reservation is confirmed when we receive payment through the means we indicate.
• The DespegaPYME Diagnostic has no public price because its scope depends on the size and situation of the company. Scope and investment are defined in writing before starting.

Intellectual property

The DespegaPYME brand, its methodology, the Business Modernization Map, workshop materials, and the texts, images and design of this site are property of DespegaPYME or used with authorization.

You may quote and share our content provided you attribute authorship and link to the original page. You may not reproduce it in full, resell it, or use it to create a derivative service without written authorization.

The trademarks of the ecosystem companies belong to their respective owners.

Links to third-party sites

The site may link to pages we do not operate. We do not control their content or their privacy practices, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any content at any time, including these terms; changes are published on this page with their date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DespegaPYME will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this site, or from decisions made on the basis of its informational content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The processing of the data you send through the forms is governed by our Privacy notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
