DespegaPYME Diagnostic

Before investing in another solution, understand what should change first.

We evaluate your company's main capabilities to identify where the most important constraints are and to build a prioritized transformation route.

If our positioning is to understand before selling, the Diagnostic is where that gets demonstrated. It can conclude that you don't need to buy anything.

This diagnostic is for you if…

  • Your company grew and the way it operates did not evolve at the same pace.
  • Problems are appearing in several areas at once.
  • You are not clear on what you should tackle first.
  • You are evaluating a significant technology investment.
  • You want to professionalize without slowing the business down.

It is not for you if…

  • You already have a specific, clearly defined need.
  • You are only looking for a quote on a tool.
  • You are still validating your business model.
  • There is no willingness from leadership to take part.

Telling you that you are not a candidate is part of the work too.

Deliverables

What you get

By the end, you should be able to say it in one sentence: these are my three priorities and this is the order in which I am going to address them.

  1. 01

    Maturity profile

Where your company stands today in each of the nine dimensions.

  2. 02

    Main gaps

The distance between what the company needs to be able to do and what it can do today.

  3. 03

    Risks

Critical dependencies and points of fragility, with their level.

  4. 04

    One to three priorities

Not a to-do list: the few things that have to happen first.

  5. 05

    Business Modernization Map

The recommended sequence and how the initiatives relate to one another.

  6. 06

    Recommended next step

Concrete and proportional to your situation.

What can happen next

Three possible conclusions. Not every diagnostic ends in a large project, and that is precisely the point.

A

You do not need to intervene yet.

You keep the maturity profile and the signals you should watch before investing.

B

There is a specific intervention.

One concrete capability, with a bounded scope and a visible result in a short time.

C

You need a broader route.

Several related capabilities, in stages, with priorities and measurement at each one.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the DespegaPYME Diagnostic cost?

The scope depends on the size and situation of the company, so the investment is defined after we understand your context. Publishing a figure without having standardized the scope creates false expectations, and that contradicts understanding before selling.

What information do I need to prepare?

None in particular. We work with the information that already exists in your company, exactly as it is. If you had to tidy it up first for it to be usable, that would already be part of the diagnostic.

Can it conclude that I don't need to buy anything?

Yes, and that is precisely the point. A diagnostic that cannot conclude “you don't need to buy that” is not a diagnostic: it is a proposal in disguise. If that is the result, you keep the maturity profile and the signals you should watch before investing.

Is it only the technology area that takes part?

No. Leadership takes part. Most of the constraints we find are not technical: they are about direction, process or information, and they cannot be resolved without the person who decides.

What exactly do you evaluate?

Nine dimensions: direction, commercial, administration, operations, information, technology, data, infrastructure and security. Nine dimensions, not fifty questionnaire items: depth is applied where the diagnostic finds the constraint.

Request the Diagnostic

Start by telling us what is happening.

The first conversation does not require you to bring a finished diagnosis or an approved budget. It is for understanding your situation and working out whether the Diagnostic makes sense for your company.

  • Leadership takes part, not only the technology area.
  • We work with the information that already exists in your company.
  • Scope and investment are defined after we understand your context.

Two or three sentences are enough. You don't need to have it diagnosed.

We use your data only for this conversation. We don't subscribe you to anything.
